The “Through Hole” assembly process is carried out within the company’s plants; however, sometimes the company collaborates with independent, qualified and well-established Italian partners in order to develop high quality products.
In-line checks are carried out throughout the various stages of production through AOI inspections, functional tests by means of dedicated software and hardware tools, temperature function testing with different thermal cycles and RX check of welding.
At the end of production, the product undergoes final testing based on the complexity of the product itself and the customer’s needs.
All our products, which are entirely CE certified, satisfy the EU RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), Lead-Free regulation, which limits the use of specific hazardous substances in electric and electronic equipment.
